Thomas E. Proctor Heirs Trust
The “PHT” was formed in 1980 by Charles G. Rice and Alvin Hochberg to gather the widespread heirs of Thomas & Emma Proctor into a single legal entity. The purpose of this trust is to manage and promote the oil, natural gas, coal and mineral rights held by the Proctor family in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
